3. Loose Lengths
For those girls who love their hair down and can’t shampoo after a work out, the best solution is to use a blow dryer. Make sure your dryer has a nozzle and apply heat to dry your roots and smooth away frizz. Run your fingers though the hair during the blow out and pull at your hair line with some tension. Hold the blow dryer right at hairline so the hot air can dry roots quickly. Direct the nozzle to pull out any unwanted bend or curl. Complete your look by running hair serum through the ends for added control.
